🤿 one rung up
making Claude Code less scary

The best way to learn isn’t always to find the top expert in the field…
I much prefer to find the person who is one rung above me on the learning ladder. Often they’re the right person to explain how I can take those next few steps.
This is especially true when it comes to coding with AI and that’s what this episode is all about.
We’re talking with Kyle Zantos who didn’t touch code at all until the last ~year. But since then he’s went all in on building with AI so today he’s going to walk us step-by-step through his workflow including:
How he plans his projects
How he scaffolds in v0
How to get up and running with Claude Code
His strategies for prompting and debugging
+ a lot more
I’m thinking of this episode as 2 parts. This is the 101 version. It’s kinda geared toward myself a few months ago when I was still afraid of Claude Code for some reason (spoiler: not scary).
We’re filming a 201 version shortly after so if you have any requests lmk :)
🤝 WITH GENWAY
Alright here’s the thing… you don’t need another dashboard. You need to talk to customers 👀
So I want to introduce you to Genway AI.

You can think of it like vibe researching to validate your ideas quickly.
Just draft your questions, select an ICP, and their AI agent runs interviews on your behalf by pulling from a panel of global participants.
Set it up in the morning and get actionable insights by lunch time. It’s validation at your fingertips.

How to connect 8,000+ tools to Claude
There’s a phrase Tommy Geoco has been using lately that I can’t stop thinking about: Toolbenders.
Kyle Zantos from this week’s episode is 100% an example of what a toolbender looks like.

So I want to share this article from the folks behind AI Agent Bootcamp which I went through earlier this year.
It’s all about how to connect tools to Claude to string together some seriously powerful workflows. This is the kind of stuff I’m trying to lean into in 2026 and beyond 👇

Superhuman rebrand case study

Any brand Mike and Chara Smith touches pretty much turns to gold and Superhuman is no different.
The logo explanation video is an absolute masterclass. The cape is genius.
So I wanted to share the full case study because it’s full of inspiration 👇

We made design efficient and killed the magic
This article by Fons Mans is spot on 🎯
“After a decade of product minimalism, founders are rediscovering taste and the importance of it. Visuals are becoming strategic again. It’s no longer just about being “usable.” It’s about being memorable.”
He goes on to talk about what good visual design looks like in 2025 and where we go from here…
I’m glad he’s doing more writing now so I’ll probably be sharing his stuff more frequently moving forward :)

🧃 INSPIRATION JUICE
3 things I saved this week
1️⃣ Resend hero backgrounds
Resend is quietly putting out some of the most inspiring design lately.
Take a second to click through some of their generative hero backgrounds it’s really nice art direction.

2️⃣ Syncing interaction
Nitish has quickly become one of my favorite Twitter follows. His entire feed is full of quality interactions like this.

3️⃣ Canvas components
My new fascination is canvas-based interfaces for AI. It unlocks so much (hence why Figma just bought Weavy and why I’m interviewing Steve Ruiz in a few hours).

These components from Oguz are 🔥 Excited to see more from this project with Profound.
How much did you enjoy this issue?Never hesitate to reply with feedback too :) |
