AI design workflows from Anthropic, Ramp, & Every

A couple of weeks ago I recorded my first ever episode in front of a live audience (at Ramp HQ in NYC) 🗽

So today I’m excited to share the panel discussion recording with 3 incredible guests:

  1. Meaghan Choi who is the design lead for Claude Code and Cowork

  2. Dan Shipper who is the CEO of Every and one of my favorite thinkers when it comes to AI

  3. And Bradley Ziffer who is a design engineer at Ramp

It’s a deep dive into AI design workflows at Anthropic, Ramp, and Every and I think you’ll enjoy it :)

👥 FEATURED RESOURCE

New design opportunities

Last week Dive Club listeners in the Talent Network just got hired at 👇

If you want me to promote the heck out of you to these teams or any of the others (Lovable, Granola, Superpower, Mercury, etc.) then drop your info here 👇

🔗 FEATURED RESOURCES

Use proximity (not just hover)

This is a little design engineering tip I just bookmarked and will definitely be feeding into Claude soon :)

From apps to material

Remember Ryo Lu from designing the future of Cursor? Well he just dropped a banger of a post about the future of software that is definitely worth a ~2 min read 👇

HTML in Canvas

You know how sometimes you know something is a big deal but you don’t really understand why or what it makes possible?

That’s HTML in Canvas for me. But then I read this article “The web is fun again” so I’m sharing it with you.

🤝 WITH GRANOLA

As a designer I’m always talking to people… team meetings, design CRIT, user interviews.

So it’s super important to capture the ideas and feedback I’m getting.

That’s why I never ever ever ever have a conversation about design without running Granola in the background.

So when the meeting ends, Granola enhances the notes I’ve written and I can even ask questions or get tailored summaries from the call.

It’s like a super-powered notes app that actually understands your meetings and it has quickly become a staple tool in my design practice.

Every designer should be using this 😎 Get a free month with code DIVECLUB 👇

🧃 INSPIRATION JUICE

3 things I saved this week

1️⃣ Interfere icons

These Interfere icons and pretty much everything about this dashboard UI is gorgeous (or maybe it’s the tilt idk)

2️⃣ Genie AI interactions

Remember the Genie episode? It’s still some of the most impressive design I’ve ever seen.

They just launched their public beta and it’s totally worth a download just to experience how premium it feels.

3️⃣ Design is dead?

Ok Figma’s “design is dead” hats are pretty incredible (and yes this is me hoping an employee reads this and sends me one)

How much did you enjoy this issue?

Never hesitate to reply with feedback too :)
